my 2 year old daughter has these tiny little yellowish dots all over her tongue but not anywhere else in her mouth. She has been teething and did have an allergic reaction some weeks ago to pineapple. She has eaten nectarine and tomatoes today. Her tongue is very sore and she is struggling to eat.
Please take her to the doctor immediately as she has developed an allergic reaction to the food and this may worsen. Please dont delay , for the time being you can give her syrup phenargan 1 teaspoon or syrup allegra 1 teaspon , but please dont delay and take her to the doctor immediately. Thanks
