What Causes Yellow Watery Stool In An Infant?

Hi Doc, my son is 3 months old. I do breastfeed and bottle feed both. Earlier he was passing stool after 2 to 3 days and it was green & yellow in color. But from the past 2 days he is passing stool 3 times a day and that to yellow in color and little watery but small in quantity. From the past 1 week he is not taking formula milk the at he used to...??

Passing watery stools 2-3 times daily is quite normal for a 3 months baby.
If he is not accepting formula you may change to cow's milk or another formula.
There is nothing to worry.
