Hello I share your concern cottage Cheese like discharge might be related to infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract most likely fungal infection like Candida or bacterial vaginosis. I would advise you for few tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, ESR and Urine culture or vaginal swab culture for confirmation of diagnosis. You may require a course of antibiotics or antifungal drugs either oral tablets or vaginal pessaries. Meanwhile have plenty of fluids which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract .
