What Causes Yellow Stool And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?
I have been having yellow stool for about a week, it started with a bit of fever and diarrhea, which is gone ...I continuously have a burning sensation in my stomach and my mouth gets watery and need to burp...my main concern is how long is yellow stool ok to have? Female 66 yrs Had polyps removed early 2017 Diagnosed with angiodisplasia
As per your complain you have problem of yellow stool and burning sensation with fever that may be because of infection or other reasons. Liver and gallbladder problem also lead to yellow colour stool problem.
More fat in stool also give yellow colour stool. Consult a gastroenterologist for clinical examination and further investigation. Stool sample test and blood test helpful to rule out infection.
Treat under cause.if infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion..
Wish you a good health.. Get well soon.. Dr Rachana.
