What Causes Yellow Stool And Bloated Stomach?

Hi there. I have a question so for the past couple weeks my stool has been thick in texture and yellow or tan in color. As of today I feel sick. I feel has if I have to empty my bowel (but I have gone twice today) I m bloated and have stomach pain. could you give me insight.

I can understand your concern .
Based on the information that you have given to me it seems that you have giardiasis . Giardiasis is infection of stomach cause by giardia , that is very commonly found in water and food. It presents with features of fat malabsorption such as light coloured stool and excessive gas formation.
To confirm the diagnosis we need to test your stool.
You can take metronidazole . It's drug of choice for that. For complete evaluation discuss with your physician .
