What Causes Yellow Drainage From Belly Button After Bladder Reconstructive Surgery?

Good morning, I am a 42 year old female and had reconstructive surgery at age 3 for bladder and kidney issues.
I have a over hang in my lower abdomen. I am due to have a scar revision and tummy tuck in a few weeks.
My question is ... I have always had a yellow drainage from my belly button I clean it and clean it to the point it get sore. Why? and will having a tummy tuck effect this issue or make it worse? Is a leaky belly button common?
