What Causes Wrist Pain, Tingling And Numbness In Middle Fingers?

My wrist hurts. I have tingling and numbness in 3 middle fingers wrist and sometimes up to my elbow. At first I thought I might have carpal tunnel.Still could I guess. The top side of hand wrist is swollen. I cannot grip anything and barley puck anything up with it.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of arthritis condition and it can be well controlled with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, steroid can be tried but it need to be given after final diagnosis and under medical supervision, hope this information helps.
