What Causes Worms In Stool?
I fed my baby banans twice..only a pea sized..but i kinda freaked out after i saw small brown kinda 1 cm long tread like stuff on my baby's diaper...they are still and are not moving..small brown thread like things are appearing on 4 months old baby's stool

As you have already started top feeds for 4 month baby, Posssibility of worm infestation cannot be ruled out.
I would suggest you to get stool examined for ova and cyst.
