What Causes Whitish Yellow Blob With Blood In Bowel Movement?

Im having issues that recently have come up after farting or during bowel movements. Everytime I have a bowel movement there is blood on the toilet paper, & now when I go I have a whitish yellow blob with blood in it. I'm getting nervous about it & was just wondering if I should be. I am diagnosed with IBS & endometriosis (which I just got off the Lupron Depot shot in Dec.) I have a dr appointment next friday. Should I mention it?
