What Causes Whiteheads And Swelling On Penis Post Intercourse?
Respected Doc I usually have unprotected sex with my gf from last one nd a half years. About 9 months ago i had one night stand with some girl whome i met in my office..i had intercourse only once eith her...Since then i started facing some problems like whenever i have sex with my girl the next day my foreskin swells leaving small red spots on the inner part of pennis and if i donot give them attenion fr couple of days then they starts converting into small small whiteheads like things however they are not painful but are very tiny to feel and moreover if i lift my foreskin down i see that its completely red... i feel the same issue even after i masterbate. I am so much worried please help me ..

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are likely one is infection and second it could be phimosis condition, in my opinion if this is the infection then I would suggest to have Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day for four days, Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, and for phimosis it is advisable to see the urologist or general surgeon hope this information helps
