What Causes White Spots On Tonsils And Poor Appetite After Unprotected Oral Sex?
Hello, two days ago I have oral sex unprotected and have since developed very large angry looking tonsils with white patches on them. I m also very lethargic, have an achy body and lack of appetite. Is this just coincidence getting a virus at this time?

Enlarged tonsils with white patches is due to bacterial infection of the tonsils.
It may just coincidence . You have to take a course of antibiotics .
also you can you can use some good antibacterial/antiseptic mouth wash for gargles and mouth wash three times a day . you may use betadine or chlorhexidine or listerine mouth wash/gargles.
avoid oral sex better. it is unhygienic and will affect your oropharayngial hygiene.
