What Causes White Spots On The Back Of The Mouth Down The Throat And Has Dangly Feeling?

I have white spots on the back of my mouth, down my throat and on the dangly bit. It hurts so bad, I cannot eat or swallow without it being so painful. Been to the doctors who gave me penecillin and now trying daktarin oral gel with no success, I'm only 20 years old so what could this be?

Hi, thanks for the query.
As per your clinical history it appears as you are having Follicular tonsilitis .
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids ,Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C , combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen , for 5 days.
