What Causes White Spots On Clitoris Along With Inflammation In Vagina?
It is quite embarrassing I have had problems dwn stairs for nearly a year now I have had all the std and still checks all clear I have been treated for thrush and herpes and bv but no results I have now developed a fever and white pus looking spots on my clitoris I I m also sore red and itchy from vaginas to my bum this is really upsetting and worried and is affecting my everyday life.

All your symptoms suggests you are suffering from vaginitis.Get your vaginal discharge for investigation for gonococus candida, trichomonas and other infections If i have to trest such a patient i will advise vaginal tabs to be inserted in to vagina befote going to sleep.Vaginal tabs containing miconazole, clinfamycin , metronidazole for 7 days Creamm cotaing same constituants can be applied on clitoris.Orally cap doxycycline 100mg twice a dsy for 14 days, tab metronidayzole 400 twice a day for 7 days, tab fluconazole 150 mg daily for 7 days
