Brief answer:Common cold.

Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your query it seems that you have common cold which is a viral infection and is characterized by runny/stuffy nose, cough, malaise, mild fever, sore throat, tonsillitis and headache,
Although all symptoms are not seen in all individuals.
The white patches on the throat are as a result of viral infection due to formation of pus filled sacs over the tonsils.

For pain and soreness of throat you can take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol to relieve pain and discomfort.
For nasal congestion Pseudoephadrine containing tablet like Sinarest can be taken.
Take soothening lozanges available with varied names like Vicks cough drops,Koflet ,strepsils etc three to four a day can give a relieving effect.
Do warm saline gargles.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Take soft and less spiced food.
If there is no improvement is a week or 10 days or if you get increased pain or fever consult a doctor.

Wishing you a soon recovery..

Thanks and regards..
