What Causes White Spots Around The Mouth?

Hi I am a male, 24 years old. I have these white non itchy small spots over my lips around my mouth. At first I thought it would disappear but lately I can see them increasing in number. How can I get rid of these? Please help. I have issues with my self confidence and these condition is affecting on how I talk to people. Is there any non surgical and cheap remedy how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance.

It may be early impetigo, or herpes viral infection. But I am unable to say with confidence with limited history and no pictures of the lesion.
