What Causes White Spots And Rashes On The Cheek Of A 4 Year Old?
my almost 4 yr old daughter goes to summer camp and recently developed a white spot on her cheek with some rash around the two cheeks and mostly on her neck. she has been scratching it a lot and now they appear to be more reddish rash like. the white spot on her cheek has a reddish ring around it and seems more like a sunburn.

Hi, this appears to be insect bite. In insect bite redness and itching appears at the site of insect bite which usually have a dot at centre suggestive of sting. In my opinion, you should give hydroxizine syrup 5 ml PO three times a day for 3 days. I hope this will help you. Take care.
