Hello
i have gone through your query.
it can be a oral thrush (fungal infection).

white spot on tongue of a child can be due to various reasons like:
ORAL THRUSH
CANKER SORES
INFLAMED PAPILLAE
HAND-FOOT-AND-MOUTH DISEASE

if i were your treating doctor i wud suggest you following steps:

Avoid feeding the child hot, spicy and acidic food
maintain your kids proper oral hygiene
visit a oral physician to find out the possiblity of a fungal infection.in that case doctor wud advice sum antifungal medicines.

Hope this ans helps
