What Causes White Specs And Blood In Stool?

I recently made water containing fresh mint leaves orange lemon and cucumber and ever since I have had a stomach ache and this is about a week now and a couple days ago there was blood in my stool and it was very obvious and tonight there was this mucus stuff and little white things in my poop but didn t see them moving I m freaking out and have bad anxiety right now do you think I may have intentional worms

It could be an infection, since blood was noticed with mucus it is dysentry however only a stool examination could further clarify on the infective organism. You should consult your doctor at the earliest

Blood and mucus in stools is signs of infection called dysentry only a stool examination can suggest the causative organism and the appropriate treatment ( antibacterial or parasitic ) rarely viral or fungal
