hello..
white sores on tongue?
there is no clear evidence that meth causes mouth ulcers..it can be due to xerostomia (which is side effect of meth)
do you take meth regularly?diet?any other issues?
it can be due to candidiasis/xerstomia/vitamin deficiency
apply zytee gel for local application along with b complex supplements..
take plenty of oral fluids(i don't mean carbonated beverages / alcohol)
approach doctor if problem persists..
take help of psychiatrist to get rid of meth addiction,it is possible and life is more happy without any addictions..

hope my answer helps you
if you have any more queries i would be happy to answer..
I find this answer helpful
