What Causes White Patches Around Inner Thighs, Scrotum And Penis?

I Have recently noticed White patches around my inner thighs, scrotum and penis. Although, It hasn't shown any harm, no itches or anything of that sort, but I was wondering if this is something that will go away, If so could you tell me how and what this could be. For the record i'm only 17 years old, incase that means anything, Thanks

dear sir, this might be
1) lichen planus or lichen sclerosus which is idiopathic condition with no known cause.. they are associated with itching so unlikely in your condition
2) if they are raised above the surface of skin.. this might be due to poor shaving habits or infection of hair follicles which is known as folliculitis..this will resolve with good hygiene and an antibiotic cream
3) this is unlikely to be sexually transmitted, because STDS are always painful
4) pilar cysts that appear aa white dooms, if small leave untreated, if large visit a doctor for their removal
