OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question.White thick mucus like discharge is very common in pregnancy. If the discharge is blood stained or associated with pain in lower abdomen, then it may be a sign of preterm labour( labour before 37 weeks of gestation).
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist if you are having pink discharge, so that you can be properly examined and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
