What Causes White Color Vaginal Discharge And Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi my name is rajni. I am 25 year old single unmarried girl.I never have physically with anyone .I am doing masturbations for years. Nowadays I m having white discharge flow.i can feel exactly and uncomfortable sometimes.it s likemy periods comes.I have lower abdominal pain in right side and right back side along with abdomina after masturbation.its affecting on daily works.Its not like white discharge just after masturbation. It s occurs otherwise also. I went to gyne just for back pain.I didn t give masturbation info to her. She asked me to have ultrasound. Gallbladder polyp of 4 mm size came in report. I am just fearing will it affect my coming married life in any manner?please tellme doctor?

I understand your concern.
White discharge is generally considered normal when it is not accompanied by itching.
If itching is present along with thick white discharge, it indicates yeast infection.
Discharge has nothing to do with your gall bladder polyp. Gall bladder polyp could be associated with causing abdominal pain.
Hence, kindly wait for some more time and your white discharge should normalize. In case it becomes more or you get symptoms of yeast infection, you can take a course of anti-fungal medications available over the counter in Pharmacy shop.
In the meantime, you can maintain good genital hygiene by doing the following:
1. Washing the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon.
2. Using pH balancing solution like V-wash.
3. Taking care to use clean hands or objects while masturbating.
4. Wearing loose fitting undergarments to provide good ventilation till the symptoms subside.
Do not worry as such symptoms subside gradually and it will not affect in anyway your married life.
