General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.

Following are the causes of your problem:
Infected Bartholin's cyst: It is harm less and not associated with pain if it is small and uninfected. But chance to rupture and lead to infection.
So I think it may be cyst that infects the urethra, which cause pain while urination.
genital herpes
chancroid
syphilis
molluscum contagiosum
vulvovaginitis
Fungal infection
contact dermatitis

Take following advice:

Following are the treatment:
1. Wash your vagina with this water 2-3 /day with warm water
2. Apple cider vinegar application as it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
3. Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch, but do not hurt the lump
4. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
5. Wear pure cotton Loose inner wear
6. Hydrocortisone plus clotrimazole ointment if severe

You should use following single dose treatment for faster relief -
1. AZEE 1000 mg
2. TINI 1 G
3. ZOCON 150 mg

7. take rest and healthy diet, avoid excessive sweet
8. Drink plenty of water

If not responds
Consult the doctor and do the following test:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
3. Urine test: routine and microscopic examination.
4. Blood test: CBC, TLC, DLC, ESR

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
