What Causes Weird Sensations In Head?

Hi for the past week I have had a weird feeling in my head. I can't quite describe it other than to say it's like a tightening and a moving sensation on both sides and top rear portion of my head. it's not painful but just feels weird and it comes and goes. I had a physical 2 weeks ago and plan to call my doctor tomorrow to schedule my follow up and was thinking about requesting a MRI or some type of scan.

Detailed answer...There are many type of haeadaches like tention haeadche,migraine,cluster headache and so on and different headaches follow different symptoms and different triggering factors like hypertention,anemia,vessels of brain problem and so on.
Since I would like to know some answers of my questions to help you further.1.!.Do you have hh B.P problem
2.have you checked your blood suger level
3.What is the stress level or work load
4.Last hb level
5.Have you family history of headache.
Knowing these answers We can discuss more about the cause of your symptoms.
