What Causes Weird Sensation In The Stomach And Back Pain?
Hello, I have been feeling movement in my stomach for the last month, usually after I have eaten. I have not missed a period, but I noticed I am not ovulating like usual (egg white mucas) and I have taken pregnancy test that have returned negative. I have very bad back pain as well.tr What could possibly be going on?

It must be pelvic inflammatory disease. Get ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis done.
