What Causes Weird Feeling In Upper Stomach?

I am a 34 year old mother of two teenagers. I have been feeling some weird things in my upper abdomen. When I bend sometimes I feel movement like a muscle cramping or something pushing from the inside but no pain then when I stand straight up I can feel it release. What can this be? I have also been sick to my stomach.

As per your complaint you might be having gastric regurgitation or hiatus hernia.
You should go for ba swallow or endoscopy to rule out this possibility.
And consult your physician for d same.
