What Causes Weight Gain And Depression After Hysterectomy?

I ha a hysterectomy 7 years ago still going through everything, hot flashes, weight gain, depression sometime mostly hot flashes and weight gain, I very been trying to lose weight all that time. No matter what I do I keep gaining weight. I started using My fitness pal track my eating. I watch everything I eat still I can t lose the weight.I m now 23pounds. I need help,I walk 30 minutes a day or do walk away the pound dvds. I have back and spine problems so I can t do to much. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Thyroid problem I need help getting this weight off

Hi, I think you should take isoflavones to treat your hot flushes and other postmenopausal symptoms. Weight gain can be due to thyroid problem. You can try some medicines like orlistat to reduce weight. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
