What Causes Weight Gain Along With Abdominal Bloating And Headaches?

I continue to gain weight despite cutting back on food consumption. I am only earting about 1000 calories a day and running in the morning, working out in the evenings after work. I am tired a lot, and feel bloated. I have recently been having headaches too. I had some blood work done and the lab called and said everything was normal. Beginning to get really frustrated, because I work on my feet all day and workout but continue to gain weight. What should I do?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If restricting calories (using a low fat/low calorie diet) is not helping you then you may need to look at the foods used eg consider a low carbohydrate diet.

Low carbohydrate diets are helpful sometimes for weight loss.. This would involve restricting sodas/fruit drinks, restricting bread/biscuits/rice/pasta
Increase protein foods and also used a lot of water.

You may want to see a weight loss doctor or nutritionist for assessment and treatment.

I hope this helps
