What Causes Weight Gain After A Heart Attack?
I had a heart attack 3 months ago, at the time i was at 181 and now gained to 198!!
i quit smoking, no damage to my heart, had two stents put in, i take plavix, aspirin and was took off my beta blocker, i am a diabetic and take ony 5 units of lantus, so why am i gaing weight?

Sometimes people gein weight after quitting smoking. Also be attentive to
1, maybe you start to exercise less
2, if you start to use in your diet more carbohydrates
Anyway for losing weight you should restrict calories and exercise much.
