What Causes Weakness In A Child At The Onset Of Menarche?
I am very concerned about my ten year old daughter because she's been showing signs of being very tired,weak and she 's been looking kind of pale lately...could it be that her hormones are changing because she is into puberty already and just had her first period like two weeks ago?

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion I think this may be due to two reasons. One she may already be having a low haemoglobin and due to menses blood loss she may be feeling tired.
Or it may be due to the hormonal changes. I suggest you give her iron supplementation and see for the improvement.
