General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is a faint positive widal positive. the thing is whether you are under treatment, or not. If you are under treatment and no remission, means the drug is to be changed.
The typhoid is usually associated with the eosinophelia,so the treatment is to be given for that as well.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, cifixime, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
