What Causes Watery Yellow Liquid Dripping From Nose?

Last week I had cold like symptoms, all the symptoms have passed but this evening when i bent over to get something out of my fridge a yellow liquid dripped from my nose. It smells somewhat and wasn't like mucus, but more watery. I wanted to make sure that it was nothing serious.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you had a cold infection, it may be due to the viral infection, or allergy. If it is infected by bacteria the discharge will be yellow, and color depends upon the severity of the infection.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for excluding the sinusitis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylephrinehydrochloride, levocitrizine.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
