What Causes Watery Stools With Pain In Abdomen And Vagina?

Hi, I just had a baby about 2 months ago today my poops have been watery I also have started my period but between the week after my pregnancy and now I've been having tummy aces and my vagina hurts a little inside. Before I stared my monthly I had yellow ish green discharge. What could be wrong?
