What Causes Watery Loose Motion Even After Treatment?

Hi, my husband is diagnosed one week back as having UC affecting nearly 4 cms of colon, and is started with wysolone 4 mg. per day.He is still having watery loose motions and minimal bleeding sometimes. Hqw shuold I reassure him ? Or, whether he is in need of any more medication with it?

I really appreciate your concern, he has to be patience because healing is process and it takes some time here in this case of ulcerative colitis it takes even little longer time and not need to be hurry and no need to think about the any other medicines, if he complaints for other related symptoms then you can discuss this with his doctor hope this information helps.
