Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

All the symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of something called common cold,it is due to viral infection. You don't need to worry regarding this because it will subside with in few days and complications are very unlikely.
You can do the following as a first line things:-
1.You can take "paracetamol" or "ibuprofen" for pain and fever.
2.Antihistamines like "cetrezine" or "levocetrizine" for symptomatic relief.
3.Nasal decongestants like "xylometazoline " can be tried for blocked nostrils.
4.Do steam inhalation twice a day for twenty minutes .
If the symptoms persist despite you have to consult a general practitioner and a short course of antibiotics may be needed.
If you have repeated attacks then we have to think of allergic rhinitis due to inhaled dust and pollen.
Try the following to avoid exacerbated symptoms of allergy.
1.Avoid smoke and dust.
2.Quit smoking .
3.Use micropore mask while you get in to highly polluted areas like traffic and industrial areas .
4.You may require long term anti allergic drugs in resistant cases.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr.Shinas
