What Causes Wart Like Pimple In Nose?

Hi, about two months ago I had a pimple in my nose so I popped it. A couple weeks later it turns into a scab which is usual. But last night I looked at it again and there was basically something coming out the side of my nose so I pulled it out, it started to bleed of course. But when I looked at it it looked like a wart, what was it and what caused it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query, and as you guessed the growth most possibly is nasal wart.
Nasal wart results from a viral infection. The wart like growth is usually slow growing. ( benign) and is mostly inside the nostril & hidden ,making it asthe tically insignificant.
So it can be left untreated unless int causes breathing difficulty/ uncomfortable/ infected.
You have to consult an ENT surgeon in such condition for treatment/removal.
Thanks.
