HI, i am getting a warm sensation in my right heel every half hour or so. It only lasts a few seconds and is not painful. With this i am also having lot of pain in the nerves of my third and fourth toes to the point were i am not weight bearing correctly. I have had plain xrays done of my foot and lower back all to be clear. The podiatrist said theirs nothing they can do. Any suggestions??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thank you for trusting HCM.
Try getting a MRI for your back, this is much better diagnostic for any lumber or sacral disc problems. symptoms suggest a nerve being under pressure. probably L5 S1 disc, Try over the counter NSIADS they help reduce inflammation around the nerve and might help reduce the symptoms, nevertheless you need to visit a neurologist with your symptoms.
Best regards,
Dr. Ahmad
