What Causes Vomiting With Fever?

My 16 year old daughter started vomiting around 2:00 am this morning and is still vomiting at 5:15 pm. This is accompanied by a 102-103 fever and now she's complaining of severe joint and back pain. She's 5'8" and 155 pounds. No prior medical history of this nature.

Give Tab. Domperidone 10mg before every meal
Tab. Paracetamol 500mg 2 tablets thrice daily.
Cap Cefixime 400mg once daily for 7 days
she will be fine
