What Causes Vomiting While Brushing Teeth?
When my girlfriend is brushing her teeth she said she has been vomiting and it has been happening over a week and she also said she has gained 4 pounds over two weeks which could be a various things but what could cause the vomiting while brushing he teeth?

I understand your concern for your girl friend. Stimulation of pharynx or posterior part of tongue can cause vomiting sensation due to reflex. So, you need not worry about this. Tell her to breathe normally during brushing (ie not to withhold breathing while brushing).
