What Causes Vomiting, Stomach Discomfort, Constipation And Feet Tingling?

4 days ago I was admitted to emerge with sever abdominal pain and inability to urinate. While there I was finally able to urinate with extreme pain and then pain was gone. Pain was gone at about the same time the nurse administered teradol but it was assumed I had passed a kidney stone. I Was sent home and told to keep my fluids up - I am nursing my 6 month old baby who consumes nearly 50oz/day so it s been hard to stay hydrated. My energy has been low since. Last night at 4am I started vomitting and have not stopped. I cannot keep fluids or any food in my stomach. I Have been consipated for 3 days which is very unusual for me - being a holistic nutritionist I generally eat very well - when I try to have a bowel movement my feet start to tingle. Should I be concerned? My baby needs me at home and I would like to avoid the hospital if I can.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of admission with severe pain in abdomen and inability to pass urine, which automatically stopped the moment urine was passed out and were also given injection teradol.
You are nursing a baby and now you have started to vomiting which is not stopped, feeling weeks, wants to avoid hospital as the baby needs you at home.
I would think this as uncommon as there are no other symptoms that you have mentioned.
You can try PPI and an antiemetic at home if you have some left-over medicines or the best way is to go to the Doctor and get an injectable to get the relief and continue orally and be at home if the vomiting stops.
Tell the Doctor that you are breastfeeding the baby and so that he gives you proper medication.
