What Causes Vomiting, Nausea, Light Headedness With Diarrhea?

Hi I have had vomitting, nausea, lightheaded ness, very drowsy and foul diarrhea the last 5 days. I thought the flu bug since it seems to be going around, but I was on my way to the bathroom and messed myself, it has happened 3 more times. I have a lot of has gas and the last 2 times I ve gone to bathroom I have had light grey color streaks or bloops in the water floating in bubbly foamy stuff?? It sent up a red flag and I m wondering if this should be seen by my doctor ASAP?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the food poisoning, may be due to some infection of the food consumed, before this.
After a prolonged period of infection there will be the blood streaks, mucous, etc along with the stools or vomiting.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have infusion of fluids, for complete recovery, along with the medicines.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
