What Causes Vomiting In The Morning?

My son is four. He has gotten up in the morning or woke up vomiting. It usually lasts for about 3-5 mins and stops and he goes on normal throughout the day. He doesn't have a fever. Its just the vomiting. Its not everyday. It has happened 3 times total since December 2011.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The vomiting if it is non bilious is not of concern.
Its quit common to see children vomiting early morning , it is due to reflux and gastritis.
I would suggest you to give him Pantoprozole and domperidone whcih will take care of vomiting.
Do consult your pediatrician if vomiting persists.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
