General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

The most common cause of vomiting in children and babies is gastroenteritis. This is an infection of the gut usually caused by a virus or bacteria, which also causes diarrhoea. The symptoms can be unpleasant but your child will usually start to feel better after a few days. Suggest you to hydrate you baby well. If he is my patient I will suggest him pedialyte oral solution 50ml once daily along with enterogenous ampules to control diarrhea.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
