What Causes Vomiting During Bowel Movements?

I am experiencing vomiting during bowel movements. It is becoming more frequent, now happening 1-2 times a week. It is always preceded by sudden stomach cramps. Afterward, I feel shaky, but fine otherwise. I am a 45 year old woman with thryroid, diabetes & cholesterol issues. I am about 190 lbs. which is approx. 40 lbs over my ideal weight.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is very weird symptom of having vomiting at the time of defection, if the vomiting is absent without the defection then it seems to be psychological condition, with the abdomen cramp and abnormal passing of the stool it could be due to intestinal infection and this can some time gives the vomiting or may cause the vomiting, but is very less likely.
I would suggest to try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day with Domperidone twice in day for five, take care in diet, try to avoid the heavy meal and spicy meal.
hope this information helps.
