i HAVE HAD VOMITING AND DIAHAREA FOR 4 WEEKS BLOATING, BEFORE THAT CONSTIPATATION AND SOME DIAHREHEA, TIREDNESS BREATHING VERY FAST COUGHIN OUT OF BREATH FREQUENTLY. EXHAUSTED. lOSING WEIGHT, CAN ONLY EAST A FEW FOODS BANANAS BREAD TOAST MASH POTATOE, PLAIN SOUPS. pLEASE HELP

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having vomiting and diarrhea since four week....

And you are having signs of dehydration....
It could be bacterial or parasitic infection of gastrointestinal tract ...

So you should consult nearby physician or gastroenterologist for examination and if needed hospitalization done ...

You needs to investigated with stool examination and culture , USG etc...

For vomiting domperidone or ondensetrone given...

If dehydration there (evaluated by examination ) I.v. pints of normal saline needed to rehydrate ...

According to report suitable antibiotic full course needed ....

Avoid outside foods and take less spicy ..

Lots of fluid taken...
