Vomiting happens some time due to blood pressure fluctuation too. Either low BP or high BP. I suggest to check her BP regularly every day morning through digital BP unit, and for accuracy check three times and average it. If it's fluctuating then consult your doctor for change in tablet. And if it's remain normal then wait for 1 or 2days. After stroke this kind of pro let are common. And do physio therapy for her to recover faster. Take care.
