Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of lots of vomiting, stomach pains all day, chest pain and tightening all the day on trying to breathe, have random moments where you can not breathe for a few seconds and have spasms, neck and shoulder are uncomfortable.
Such symptoms can be due to flu with GERD.
The vomiting and chest pains due to GERD and other symptoms secondary to flu or so.
I would advise you the following:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid every three hours,.
Paracetamol as per weight to alleviate the symptoms of pains.
Take a Bed rest.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination for further additional treatment and investigations if required.
