What Causes Vomiting And Numbness In The Tongue After Taking Zoloft?

Hello I am 12 weeks pregnant. Just vomited from coughing, but had previously taken my daily medication which is (zoloft, unison and melatonin). After vomiting the burning in my throat and mouth is so intense and also my tongue is numb. Could this be from the medicine beginning to disolve and then coming back up?!
