What Causes Vomiting And Green Stools With No Appetite?
I have have has green poop for the last 6 day. I was vomiting for the first day that I was not feeling well and now whenever I eat, which is not often because I just do not feel well, my poop is green. I have reduced my food intake to liquids and have been resting in bed.My symptoms are diarriah, stomach pain, tiredness and cold body temp. These symptoms have been for 6days. Should I be doing something else to take care of myself?
