What Causes Vomiting And Fatigue Along With Dizziness?

Hi I have been vomiting for the past two days, lots of fatigue, dizzy, and extreme and severely painful internal neck pain on the right side. It is not a muscle strain or anything like that. It hurts to swallow and breathe. The pain has progressively gotten worse over the past few days.

itappears to be oesophageal reflux. neck pain may be due to cervical spondylosis. take blanddiet. tab omiprazole twice daily. domperidom to stop vomiting. mantain hydration. tb unienzyme twice daily. you will be able to swallow when reflux subsides. use neck colour and hard bed. no pillow at night. warm compression over neck analgesic oint ment may be applied over neck.
